Amber

Amber is a female, mastin cross, of about 2 years old.

Amber came to a GPAR foster home in the summer of 2014 after being rescued. She was very skinny, hungry, thirsty and exhausted from her experience of being abandoned.
The lady who found her had already seen her a couple of times in the local village, but Amber had then tried her luck in the countryside. Life had been very rough on her as most strays in the area are small, alert and succeed in hunting for their meals. Amber suffered as she is not a natural hunter, being a mastin cross, and was dependant of what she could find in the streets, bins or in the campo.

Amber was not only emaciated, but she was lined with ticks and flees.
She also had several wounds on her thin body, either caused by abuse or as a result of being in the campo for so long.

Now Amber has grown out to be a charming lady who is very affectionate and playful. She has a very soft character, is adorably sweet and caring to everyone. She would be so happy to have a loving family of her own.
