It is difficult to understand how you can abandon being helpless in the sun and without water. This is the story of PERCY, a yorki junction that was picked up in full sun, very dirty and run down. He was thirsty and starved, and when the person who rescued him approached him he did not hesitate to climb into his arms and with his sad look he seemed to ask for help. He is now safe and needs a good home. He is a caring and noble dog, gets along well with other dogs and cats and adores people.
